These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and applicable European Union regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
If not resolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on www.yperos.gr, with the “Effective Date” updated accordingly.

Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability
